Day 01 June 24 - Fly
from your home city to St. Petersburg. Our group will start from Denver,
but anyone interested in joining our group from other cities in the
U.S. can meet up and join our group enroute. Luda can arrange your flights
and transfers to meet up with us.
Day 02 June 25 - St. Petersburg.
We arrive into St. Petersburg and meet our cruise representative and
transfer to the ship. Relax, unpack and dine aboard with live music
in the evening. Moor overnight (D)
Day 03 June 26 - St. Petersburg
- A free day in exciting St. Petersburg. You may want to further explore
the city, shop at Gostiny Dvor, the city's oldest and largest department
store and shopping center. (B.L, D)
Day 04 June 27 - St. Petersburg
- A morning-guided tour features the Hermitage, built as a retreat for
Catherine II. This opulent palace boasts an extensive array of artwork.
Spend the afternoon exploring Peterhof Palace, built by Peter the Great
to rival Versailles (B, L, D)

05 June 28 - St. Petersburg - Svir - This
morning, sail past the lattice of canals and bridges which earned St.
Petersburg the nickname, "Venice of the North.". Join your
motorcoach for a charming city tour. Your sightseeing tour includes
St. Isaac's Cathedral with its massive gilded dome, and Peter and Paul
Fortress, Peter the Great's city stronghold begun in 1703. Dine aboard
your ship. Attend an evening performance at a local theater. Moor overnight.

Day 06 June 29 - Kizhi - Located
on Lake Onega, Kizhi is renowned for one of the finest assemblies of
ancient wooden churches in Russia. On your walking tour of this unique
island, view the fairytale-like Church of Transfiguration with its 22
domes, built in 1714. (B,L,D)
Day 07 June 30 - Volga-Baltic Waterway -
Sail the Volga-Baltic Waterway, connecting the Volga with the Baltic
Sea. The contrast of the two banks is striking with the mountainous
and lush western bank and the low and flat eastern bank. Dine aboard
as you cruise. (B,L,D)
Day 08 July 01 - Yaroslavi Kostroma - Your
cruise this morning takes you to the jewel in the circle of Golden Ring
cities, Kostroma. Enjoy a tour of this medieval city, famous for its
classic and beautiful architecture. Next, stop at Yaroslavl, founded
in 1010 by Grand Price Yaroslavi the Wise of Kiev. See the exquisite
Church of Elijah the Prophet, the Governor's Palace and the 12th-centrury
Transfiguration Monastery with murals depicting St. John's apocalyptic

Day 09 July 02 - Uglich -
Sail the Volga, past small villages and the Kalizain church. Arrive
mid-morning in Uglich for a guided walking tour of this city founded
in 1148. Old World charm makes this one of Russia's most beloved towns
with the Church of St. Demetrius, Kremlin Palace, and Resurrection Monastery.
Depart after lunch and relax while sailing. (B,L,D)
Day 10 July 03 - Moscow - This
morning your tour takes you within the Kremlin for sights including
the Ivan the Great Bell Tower. Next, visit the Armory Museum with its
spectacular collection of imperial treasures and weapons. Dine aboard
as you sail along the Moscow Canal. (B,L,D)
Day 11 July 04 - Moscow -
Start the day with a motorcoach tour of this ever-changing city. Moscow's
highlights include Red Square, Moscow University, the Bolshoi and St.
Basil's Cathedral with its colorful onion domes. This afternoon is free.
Dinners onboard, then enjoy a performance by the Moscow Circus. Moor

Day 12 July 05 - Moscow -
Disembark. After breakfast, transfer to the airport your flight home.
